It's going to be long...
Upon reaching Geosenge, Team Flare has surrounded the entire town. They wonder about how the ultimate weapon works, what the Aspect of Life would look like, what will happen to their own future, and... with no mercy on the Pokemon having their souls drained away by the ultimate weapon.

"Shedinja, Graspy, Pumpkaboo, Visili, Visila, you have to ensure that the Pokemon at Route 10 are safe from Team Flare's harm. It seems that the cries of the spirits are clearer as the ultimate weapon has risen..." said Mixia.
A blue wisp appears in front of Mixia, traveling to the obelisk she found during the first time she visited Geosenge. She noticed about something strange with the obelisk...

As she reaches the obelisk, there's a door on the obelisk. It's Team Flare's secret headquarters!
Before she enters the HQ, the wisp carries a Dusk Stone and gives it to the girl. "Is the spirit giving me a gift before the battle?" thought Mixia.
Pyras is staring at the stone Mixia is holding, and it notices a reflection of its evolution. It also discovered that itself was the former Spirit of Fire, Incinis, the mage who joined the battles against the True Evil.
If it evolves using the Dusk Stone, will its fate be the same as Spectre's? Contacting with the Dusk Stone, and get taken control by a spiritual warrior? These were its zany thoughts as Mixia traversed deep into Lysandre's secret HQ.
From the HQ's laboratory, Lysandre observes the progress of the ultimate weapon. As Mixia showed up, Calem quickly rushed with her.
"The ultimate weapon's flower has finally bloomed above the soil... Don't you find its beauty captivating? As we speak, it draws energy from the Legendary Pokemon." said Lysandre.
"Lysandre, let go the spirits, now." Mixia demanded.
"Mixia, I apologize that the weapon was unearthed even after you chose correctly in the lab." Lysandre added.
"The spirits have identified you as the True Evil. Let them go. I can hear their shrieking coming from the ground." said Mixia.
"Even though resources, space and energy on this planet are limited, the population of people and Pokemon has increased to an unsustainable level. Whether it's money or energy, the one who steal are the ones who win in this world..." said Lysandre.
"But what about the Spirit World? It's..."
"So what? That doesn't give you the right to destroy everyone except the few that Team Flare chooses!" Calem halted Mixia's lines.
"So tell me, Calem. The Mega Ring, did you share it?" taunted Lysandre.
"That time there was only one Mega Ring crafted. Gurkinn can craft another Mega Ring for Calem, so fair and square enought for me and Calem to have each a Mega Ring!" Mixia answered.
"That's different! We compete to see who got it, but..."
"When there is only one of something, it can't be shared; when there is something can't shared, you fought over for it; and when something is fought over, someone must survive without it." quoted Lysandre as he halted Calem's lines.
"But for that case, I repeat, only one Ring was made!" yelled Mixia.
"Haven't I told you back in my lab, Mixia? I tried to save everyone but the world is too full of selfishness! So the ultimate solution is to reduce the population of living things!" Lysandre angered.
"Living things... what about... Pokemon...?" Calem suddenly raises his voice.
A tear drops from Lysandre's eye.
"Pokemon... shall no longer exist." lamented Lysandre.
"He thought that the Pokemon were wonderful beings created by Arceus, but now he sees them as slaves being used by mortals." whispered the spirits.
"But these creatures are created by Arceus! Do you not think of It and all creation?" said Mixia, with her voice raised.
"Enough of this! If you are going to stop the ultimate weapon then I won't let you do so." Lysandre then sends out the Mustelid Demon, Mienshao.
"I'm prepared for the Greater Demons. The madness must stop so the spirits can rest. I can feel they are rising from the Tree of Life..." said Spectre.
"And they will be dead the moment the ultimate weapon is unleashed. Also, I do not care what will Arceus reacts to the ultimate weapon." said Lysandre.
Hearing this, Pyras instantly holds on to the Dusk Stone, and preparing itself for evolution. Its two arms are splitting, splitting and erecting into four flaming arms, and its lampshade somehow lights up with a ghastly fire. Then, the blue wisps that evolved Spectre start to cover it. Pyras evolved into the chandelier, Chandelure.
That evolution is the same as what happened to Spectre. When they reached their final evolutions, they are possessed by a powerful spirit and they are given the power to destroy the demons, or the Pokemon used by Lysandre himself.
"The Dusk Stones which are used to evolve these Spectre and Pyras, came from the Spirit World..." thought Mixia.
"You have another talking Pokemon?!" shocked Lysandre and Calem. The workers observing the ultimate weapon became pale and speechless as they noticed that the Chandelure has spoken.
"Prepare to be extinguished by the fires of death!" said the Chandelure.
"Inicinis, can you let me battle the Greater Demons?" Spectre looked annoyed.
"Enough of that, Pyras. We had started a battle." said Mixia.
Mienshao performed Acrobatics at the Aegislash while it uses a Swords Dance. Then, the Mustelid stops to build its power. Spectre quickly unleashed the pure power at the Mustelid.
The battle was the same as the one back in Lysandre's lab. "I must be careful not to fall to the Demons' tricks..." said Spectre.
Pyroar was then sent out, and Spectre shields itself from a Fire Blast. Withstanding another Fire Blast, Spectre proceeds to unleash a Sacred Sword.
Gyarados was soon sent out, and Spectre has to be careful not to be devastated by the Serpent. Spectre does another Swords Dance while holding on to the Serpent's Earthquake. Fortunately, Mixia prepared a Sitrus Berry for Spectre and it consumes the berry, and creates a Shadow Sneak, strong enough to cancel out the Serpent.
Lysandre sends out Honchkrow, a crow demon with its head feather shaped liked a witch's hat. Spectre blocks and cripples Honckrow's winged Night Slash and unleashes another Sacred Sword at the Crow.
"I have the strength to protect the Spirit World, and the fate of the mortals." said Spectre after the battle.
"The strength to protect? But what are you protecting? A tomorrow that will only end up being worse than today?" replied Lysandre.
"By tomorrow you meant the spirits will be rampant?" said Pyras.
"Pyras, stop chipping in!" Mixia halted Pyras.
"I demand that these 'spirits' of yours must be silent!" demanded Lysandre.
"Mimi, let's look for the Legendary Pokemon! Trainers are protected by Pokemon, but they protect Pokemon too, right?" said Calem.
"I agree, the spirits protect me, and I shall fulfill the spirits' duty." replied Mixia.
"If you say one more thing about those spirits... then you will die before the ultimate weapon is activated." warned Lysandre.
"Do not say that to my Mixia! If you are going to kill Mixia then you have to get pass through me. Or let her Ghost-types stall you off." taunted Calem.
"There's no time for nonsense." Mixia notices another blue wisp leading to an entrance"Let's get down to find the Tree!" said Mixia as she drags Calem's hand to the entrance which leads to a hallway of stairs. Calem blushed.
They encounter an Admin and a Grunt. "Beware of the fire that burns the souls of the minions of the evil!" said Pyras as it quickly comes to battle the Toxicroak and the Liepard. Although it managed to throw a few will-o-wisps, unlike Spectre, it was crippled.
After battling the Team Flare members then continuing following the wisp, Calem is feeling anxious.
"Oh, Mimi, when you dragged my hand, I know that you really..."
"Stop! Even after this I'm not going on your dates or any type of nonsense you want to go with me." Mixia halted Calem's lines.
"Alright... whatever you say, go stop the ultimate weapon, and never date you again... if that's how will you like it... me forever alone..." Calem starts to feel depressed.
"It seems that you are very harsh on the boy, aren't you?" said Pyras.
"He always flirts with me, asking me for dates, but I will always say no, because he's not my type!" said Mixia.
"Don't you realize how much he's in love with you? I know that you thought you can use the Ghosts to deter him away from you. That's it, once we have defeated the True Evil, perhaps you should get along with the boy more." counseled Spectre.
"But I never liked Calem! And never will!" angered Mixia.
"Sableye-Sableye!"
"See? Even one of your Ghosts supported you being together with that boy." said the Chandelure.
"That's because Vision is more of the prankster type." replied Mixia.
"Some spirits are more like that creature. They are mischievous, but they know about moderation and living in harmony. We can appreciate and live in harmony with each other in the Spirit World, but why can't you when you are with the boy?" said the Aegislash.
Mixia suddenly comes with a deep silence.
"Fine... I'll apologize Calem once I fulfill the spirits' duty..." said Mixia, with a soft tone.
"More minions are coming. Prepare yourselves!" warned Pyras as it encounters another group of an Admin and a Grunt. Mixia sends out Manitou but the Drifblim was paralyzed by the Admin's Manetric, and she sends out Wally to finish the battle, but the Golurk suffered heavy damage.
Halfway through the walkway, more wisps appear, and as the two follow the wisps, Mixia tried to say something...
"Calem... I would like to say that..."
"Mimi! Calem!" yelled Shauna as she rushes to the two.
"What brings you here? You should better get back to safety!" advised Calem.
"I know, I had interrupted your attempt to stop the ultimate weapon..." saddened Shauna.
"It's alright, Shauna! You can join us if you want to. Friends are supposed to stick together, right?" said Mixia.
"Okay, I'll follow you two. And why is Calem in a bad mood?" asked Shauna.
"Well, that's a long story between my two talking Ghost-types..." answered Mixia.
Vision then leaps out to battle an Admin's Houndoom and a Grunt's Scrafty. Perhaps the most ironic part of this battle is that both the Sableye and Calem's Meowstic managed to Fake Out both Pokemon. Vision was paralyzed due to Calem's Jolteon unleashing an unstable Discharge.
They finally found the door to the Legendary Pokemon's chamber, which is locked with high security.
"An electronic lock. Now what?" asked Calem.
Shauna uses a strange device, which is created by Clemont, as an attempt to break the electronic lock. "An electronic lock and a puzzle are the same sort of thing, right?" said Shauna as she tries to breaks open the lock.
"Ta-da! The lock is open. Oh, and the device actually broke..." said Shauna after she managed to break open the lock.
"Not bad, Shauna! Well, Clemont's the one who built it, but you brought it here!" praised Calem.
"It seems that Clemont is trying to help us to stop Team Flare. Both of you are doing a great job. Now let's get into that chamber." said Mixia.
Inside the chamber holds a dried-out tree with its branches shaped like a Stantler's horns. At the same time Mixia can feel the spirits' groaning are getting louder. They are going to rise in any minute!
However, more Admins showed up with their Pokemon.
"The spirits will find their way and haunt you. I swear it." said Mixia.
"That's none of your business, kids." said the Admin whom Mixia encountered back at the Poke Ball Factory.
"The ultimate weapon has taken 99% of the Legendary Pokemon's energy." analyzed the Admin back at the Power Plant. "But just to make double sure nothing goes wrong, let's take these runts out."
Here's goes another chase. "I'd warn you that the spirits will find you if you ever do something horrible to my friend." taunted Mixia.
"Shauna, don't get yourself killed again!" said Mixia as Shauna runs off, followed by the Admin after against her.
"There's goes the Poke Ball Factory all over again... Mixia! You have to finish them off while I go find Shauna!" said Calem as he goes out of the chamber.
"Watch your mouth, or you are the one will be dead, not by the ultimate weapon." warned the Admin as she leaves the chamber.
"So you really think you can beat us?" taunted the Admin standing in front of the generator.
"Did you notice that the spirits are rising?" asked Mixia.
"No." The Admins replied.
"Okay, now I'm going get Sableye healed. Better be ready!" warned Mixia.
After being given a Lumiose Galette and some Potions, Vision becomes energized and starts Faking Out, throwing Paybacks and Shadow Sneaking on the Admins' Pokemon until Vision was knock down by a Houndoom. Mixia then sends out Polty to finish the mess.
"Should we help that creature attacking the minions?" asked Pyras.
"No, and I believe it can handle much of here. It's somewhat amusing for the spirits to see the minions being flinched because of that creature running about and laying chaos on them." replied Spectre.
"Her Pokemon is too strong! Contact Lysandre! Call in reinforcements!" announced the Admin while the Team Flare members retreat.
When the Admins left, the ground in the chamber starts to glow with a mysterious blue light.
"The spirits are on the rise, and they are groaning to be unleashed onto the mortal world. I'd better free Xerneas within as soon as possible. But first..." said Mixia as she opens up her bag.
"This is not the time to slack off! We have made it all the way to there, and now it's our chance to stop the ultimate weapon and save both the spirits and the mortals once for all!" said Pyras.
"If anything by the True Evil is unleashed upon you, we will do as we could to protect you!" said the Aegislash.
Inside her bag, it's her Ghost Trainer's outfit.
"I need to change."
