Angry Birds: Piglantis

What is this a Loch-Ness Pig?! No wait, a Pigtopus?! Oh whatever, it's an egg-stealing pig monster!

Well people, you will get to enjoy the remaining days of summer while me, well, just go back to school.

I updated Angry Birds Seasons yesterday. The update is a lake (or sea)-themed Piglantis game pack for this summer. Greetings from Piglantis, people!

A lifebuoy? Now that's unexpected.

What's this? Pig-fishes trying to eat the eggs?! Get them, birds!

This is a 30-level game pack plus two bonus levels. I know, a Golden Egg and another which is available after you get three stars in the game pack.

Level 1-1

Now there is a new underwater physics. When you launch the bird to the sky it will fall down due to gravity. But the underwater is the opposite: The bird will face upwards and will float on to the water surface. Sometimes can be useful to your advantage, sometimes not. For this level, use the Red bird to take out the rope then use the Yellow bird to take out the docks. Did you notice that there's a Halloween reference in this level?

Level 1-2

One more thing, wood and glass/ice will float on water while stone sinks into the water, as well as ceramic columns (the white one which supports the structure and damage-resistant). Found myself a hard time to take out that level.

Level 1-3

Interesting fact: When you launch the Yellow bird towards the underwater, in the water when you speed it up when it facing upwards, it will take out the floors. Great against sand!

Level 1-4

A shipwreck? This will be completely ship-wrecked if you detonate the TNT at the center.

Level 1-5

Rock-climbing, one of the activities you can do for summer.

Level 1-6

Take out the wooden floors which is floating on the water.

Level 1-7

Level 1-8

Level 1-9

Interesting one: The egg bomb floats onto the water. It will float slowly towards the sand and kaboom!

Level 1-10

Sink the structure with the sand. Coral!

Level 1-11

What's the net covered by the stone is for?

Detonated the stone plank at the left anyone?

Level 1-13

Another interesting move: Launch the Bomb bird down to the water then make it float back up then explode. Even coral!

The stone really supports the piece of thing underwater.

Level 2-1

The Orange bird still can bloat underwater. Funny points is that the bloated bird will release produce bubbles in the water while deflating! Need to focus on strategy: Lob the Orange bird to the right structure, then launch the Bomb to the left structure.

Level 2-2

Waterfall slide anyone?

Level 2-3

Really got no idea how did I get 3 stars for this level.

Level 2-4

Notice the arrow at the bottom-left? Take away Big Red, then use the White bird to launch the bomb. Don't launch to deep; try use a suitable height. The egg will hit the starfish and a Golden Egg will appear.

Ta-da!

Level 2-5

Remember people: The Boomerang bird cannot flip back in underwater.

Level 2-6

Remember people: Once you cut down the ropes which is holding the bridge, you cannot hit the pigs below the bridge (unless you destroy the bridge then reach the pigs), so you must take out the pigs at the left side.

Level 2-7

Hit the house holding the treasure chest (launch the yellow bird to the underwater then speed it up when it faces upwards!). Then hit the tower.

Level 2-8

If possible, hit the ice towers at the left then everything will fall to the right continuously. Timber!

Level 2-9

Take out the ice bridges. If you can't finish it, try take out the TNT!

Level 2-10

This level is giving me a lot of pain...

Level 2-11

Okay, I know what is the thing that the pig is holding, it's a trident. Wait, that helmet pig holding a trident is an underwater soldier or something? Remember people: There are pigs on the water surface so do not ignore that.

Level 2-12

Need to push the right tower to the left with the Boomerang.

Level 2-13

Heard that wooden trees give more points.

Level 2-14

That pig on the water surface in the left can be a little hard to see, so be careful.

Final level!

What's this?! A sea king?! Why there's such thing as a half-pig and half-fish creature?!

Oh my gosh! The King disguised himself as the sea king?!

Star of starfishes. Cool.

Speaking about bonus levels, let's go through with them, okay?

This is a hard one. Need to clear both the left and right pigs on towers.

Wow! I picked up a big seashell!

You really need to take out the left pig inside the left tower.

Some stuff, such as tridents, seashells and corals, can ruin your moves of the birds, and they are worthless, too. When you hit the treasure chest, you will only get 1000 points. The best part is the unique underwater physics, something that you had seen in Cut the Rope Experiments, right? I have good news and bad news for Android users. The good news is that a few ads appear in game (if yours still got ads popping up, turn off the wi-fi), which make me happy! The bad news, it will took a longer time when you are loading a level or returning to the level selection screen.

Enjoy your summer folks, I ain't be enjoying in Malaysia. What a bummer.
